Worked with several techs as I was having issues. Was transferred to Wayde Harrison who was able to identify issues quickly and efficiently. He was extremely helpful.

Absolutely reliable when it comes to customer support. I'm still yet to review their product but the level of support I got from one of their assistants called Diana Bkook is terrific. I'll recommend you ask of him if you want your issue discussed and sorted out immediately.

Customer Service has been great. Helpful, knowledgeable, and personable, quick to respond. (I am still waiting to review my first download, so can't comment on the Wintego spy yet).

The software did exactly what I needed it to do. Also, when I had a hard time getting my paid subscription to work, the customer service was spectacular and helped me figure out my problem quickly.

Do not want the app to be detected and came across a few issues I did not anticipate. I had viewed the installation video several times and had the direction screen on my computer. Alex Scott was very helpful and patient with me. He helped answered all my questions and helped me complete the process. Would highly recommend company.

I never thought I would need this type of service. I read the reviews and tried to install the app myself. The target phone is 2 years old and I was having issues installing. It took longer than expected, but I wanted to be thorough.

As far as the wintego spy app goes, it works! Device location, texts, call logs, geofencing, all of it. Pricey but sometimes this is needed.

This review is all about the customer service provided by Nick J. at wintego spy. The app works fine as long as the device is working like it should. Nick spent nearly an hour on the chat window guiding me through the process of disabling apps that interfered and re-installing their app, twice. It was quite the procedure but in the end, the app (installed on a T-mobile device) was operating as should.

I am very impressed and i think Diana Bkook is one of the best in that company as he works fast and is able to tackle all the various problems and resolve them within the time frame. I recommend him anytime. Thank you Mike You are a star. Unfortunately i couldn't offer you a coffee online.

Very good service. My tech support appointment was mistakenly scheduled an hour different than originally agreed, but they worked with me when the time came and the support was great. Diane was very thorough and efficient in handling my request. I am very satisfied with the service!

The ONLY reason wintego spy didn't receive 5 Stars is that they don't have all the functions available for the newer iPhones. I'm patient and can wait.

I had been concerned that my son was choosing negatively influencing friends -- turns out the opposite is the case. Now I know we need to have a one-on-one about respecting others. Thanks, wintego spy, for helping my family get back on track.

Because my two kids have different phones, one's an Android and the other's an iPhone, wintego spy already had a lead in the market. But what I really like is that not only can I see what my kids are saying, I can see the photos, etc. they're passing on. And I was smart enough to plan ahead and get their additional packages in the event I would need them later. Good thing, too. While setting up the iPhone was simple, the Android proved to be a bit more complicated. With a whining 11-year-old daughter in the background, the agent, Jordan Foxwell, took over the installation for me. It was great!

Spoke with Monicca sunderland to get set up, and she was juggling a few potential customers, so I used the waiting time (about 5 minutes) to investigate online. I'm an extremely hard-to-please person and have considered three other companies after researching a dozen.

Only company, only one that can provide premium software, support is nice if you are patient and willing to chat a bit. Great customer service. Recommend them highly if you are serious about stealth mode and running your tasks smoothly without heavy errors. Gotta follow instructions carefully. Over all I am very satisfied and recommend them to everyone. The best software on the market. They have no real competitors on the market on the level of proficiency that they offer.

I always contact their representative Julia Demir. She is always very helpful and explains me everything that I need.

wintego spy support is awesome - truly world class! All the answers on the spot, and not with just one rep, I had 3 different chat sessions all covering different topics and always got the answers necessary.

This tool happens to be very helpful when my kid was accused of bullying another one by phone. So I just showed this crazy mom the call history and messages for the last 2 weeks. They had to excuse.
